In-presentable começa em Madri | In-presentable begins in Madri
A 7ª edição do festival In-presentable começa hoje (17/06), em Madri, com uma novidade: a convite do diretor do festival, Juan Dominguez, 14 artistas que fizeram parte do projeto 6 months 1 location/ex.e.r.ce.08 dividirão com ele a curadoria e a organização da programação do evento. Entre eles estão os brasileiros Neto Machado e Thiago Granato. O 6M1L aconteceu entre julho e dezembro de 2008, no Centro Coreográfico Nacional de Montpellier, na França.
Durante os 12 dias do In-presentable 09, a Casa Ecendida recebe trabalhos de cerca de 30 artistas nacionais e internacionais que discutem questões relativas ao corpo e à dança. Nesta edição serão apresentados seis espetáculos e outros experimentos que propõem uma reinvenção dos significados de interpretar, dançar e criar coreografias. A programação vai durar o dia inteiro, começando com oficinas pela manhã, works in progress à tarde e espetáculos à noite.
A abertura do festival será com Documancipation#1, de Gérald Kurdian, às 18h30, e It’s in the air, de Mette Ingvartsen e Jefta van Dinther, às 22h. Todos eles estiveram no projeto 6M1L/ex.e.r.ce.08. Thiago Granato mostra We are not superficial, we love penetration no dia 26 de junho, às 18h30, e Neto Machado apresenta Infiltrations (foto abaixo) no dia 28 de junho, às 18h30 e às 19h30.

Ainda dentro da programação será realizada a oficina Crítica activa, com Isabel de Naverán e Bojana Cjevic. A partir da pergunta ‘qual é o sentido da crítica hoje?’, elas vão propor discussões e explorar novos modos de trabalho através de entrevistas com os artistas, confecção de textos, moderação de colóquios etc. Os encontros serão todos os dias de manhã.

The 7th edition of In-presentable festival starts today (17/06), in Madrid, with new features: Juan Dominguez, director of the festival, invited 14 artists, who were part of the 6 months 1 location/ex.e.r.ce.08 project, to share the curatorship and the organization of the event. Among them are Brazilian artists Neto Machado and Thiago Granato. 6M1L took place between July and December 2008, at the
Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier, in France.
During the 12 days of In-presentable 09, Casa Escendida receives works from about 30 national and international artists, who discuss issues related to body and dance. In this edition, six shows and other experiments will be presented, proposing a reinvention of the meanings of interpreting, dancing and creating choreographies. The program will last whole days, starting with workshops in the morning, works in progress in the afternoon and shows in the evening.

Also within the program, the workshop Crítica activa, with Isabel de Naverán and Bojana Cjevic will be held. Starting with the question ‘what is the meaning of criticism today?’, they will propose debates and explore new work forms through interviews with artists, text production, debate moderation etc. The meeting will take place every day in the morning.
